Custom Embroidery Pricing

Pricing is based on two main factors:

1. Stitch (Thread) Count
2. Number and Location of Embroidered Areas

Common Embroidery Locations Include:

• Left Chest - Sleeve - Hat (Front / Back / Side) - Back of Shirt / Jacket

To determine stitch count and pricing, your artwork must first be digitized.

Digitizing (One-Time Setup Fee)

Before embroidery, we convert your design into a special embroidery file format known as a DST file. This process is called digitizing, and it's required to determine the thread count of your design.

• Typical Digitizing Fee: $20 for a standard 3”–5” design
• One-Time Fee: Once your design is digitized, you won’t be charged this fee again for future orders using the same design.

Note: Digitized files are specific to embroidery and separate from regular image files (JPEG, PNG, etc.).
