Shipping policy

All orders are processed and created in 3-5 business days. Order confirmations are emailed after purchases are completed. Upon completion of order processing & shipping, the tracking information will be sent to the email you provide during check-out. Rush orders still take up to 2 business day to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.

PLEASE NOTE:  Crafty Nurse Customs is NOT RESPONSIBLE NOR liable for Delays caused by the Shipping Carrier (UPS, USPS, FED-X). Items may take longer due to holidays, bad weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost, damaged, or stolen items.** However, please remember your items may be tracked using the tracking information we sent to the email you provided and may be covered by the shipping carriers insurance.

In-Transit time starts when your order has been shipped, and does not include standard processing time applicable to the shipping method selected at the time of checkout.
