Local Pickup

Local pickup is available for customers in the New Orleans area.

You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup with instructions.

Please ensure timely pickup once your order is ready.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
