Custom Orders

All items are made to order and customized specifically for each customer. Please review all details carefully before submitting your order.

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering correct names, dates, colors, and customization details. Crafty Nurse Customs is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

Production & Turnaround Time

All items require processing time before shipping or pickup. Turnaround times may vary based on order volume and product type.

No Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will review and resolve the issue accordingly.

Local Pickup (if applicable)

If local pickup is selected, customers will be notified when their order is ready. Orders must be picked up within a reasonable timeframe.
