Important Information

• We do not create, edit, resize, or redesign uploaded artwork.
• Files should be high-resolution (300 DPI recommended).
• We print exactly what is submitted.
• Please ensure your artwork is sized correctly before ordering.
• Sublimation transfers work best on white or light-colored polyester items.
• A heat press is strongly recommended for best results.

Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of sublimation printing, all sales are final. Refunds or replacements will only be issued if an error occurred during the printing process on our behalf.
